"Brand or label whore" / Loves brand foods like Doritos, McDonalds, Burger King, Oreos, etc.
- Make your own. Substitute ingredients for healthier ingredients though(look on this website to see how) . Make a bag,or container that looks like the brand's package. Cut, or print the brands logo and put it on the bag or container. Use good clear duct tape so when you wash the bag or container it will not get ruined.
- Premake spice mixes for foods and make them in bulk. For example, "taco bell seasoning" that way you can just grab it and use it. DecoBros 12 Spice Bottles w/ label Set or reuse empty spice bottles. KitchenArt 25000 Auto Measure Spice Carousel without Spices actually makes measuring spices easier.
- Put all ingredients together in a big container labeled "Taco Bell," etc., but put ingredients in baggies or smaller containers, and label it stuff like "taco bell beef seasoning," "McDoanlds' sausage seasoning," "McDonalds' McChicken seasoning," etc. That way it's all together and easier to find if you are craving taco bell or something.
No confidence, nothing comes out right, etc.
It never does, who cares.Unless I'm going to a party or something I just put everything together the best i can. Just because many people think food needs to look beautiful when it's you and your family and they order out instead of cooking a nice home meal. This doesn't mean it's okay to look like garbage, but do the best you can and after you get more excited and used to making the dish it will be easier to make it look prettier.

"Q: Is it OK to refreeze food that’s been thawed?
A: Food can be safely refrozen within 48 hours of thawing if the thawing took place in the refrigerator or in cold water and the temperature of the thawed food has remained below 40°F. But the food’s quality might suffer because fluids that seep from cells during refreezing and subsequent thawing can adversely affect texture and flavor."

Do what some Youtubers do and make "Giant" versions or larger versions of things like doughnuts, cookies, candy bars, etc.(using a healthy recipe, of course).Freeze.
Barry Lewis/ is known for this. Check out his videos for ideas. But, of course, make them healthy :P
Doughnuts
Use a giant dounught pan
2 PIECE GIANT DONUT PAN SET (MADE OF STEEL NOT SILICONE)
Cookies
Use a round cake pan
Candy Bar
Use a long, thin bread pan - cut into slices
poppable candy - such as rolos, m&ms,etc.
Use coffee cups
Use a small round tin
Use a larger round tin
Make "mixes" in bulk
Add wet ingredients when you want to make it. This saves time, work and helps to make baking and cooking not as "dreadful" for some people. I make 2-3 seperate mixes and put them in separate baggies. or containers so when I want something like cake I can just get 1 out and add what I need to and then bake just like if I had the boxed stuff, only healthier.
Cook in a mug (can be bigger, or smaller)

- Cook for Justin, or those chicks in the latest playboy :P - Get pictures of them and pretend like you are cooking for them. Bring them in the kitchen and cook with them :D
Get anxious, nervous or overwhelmed:
- When the oven heat hits you. vine
- Organize your kitchen, clean your kitchen and buy the tools you need to make cooking and baking easier.
- Take your time, go at your own pace
- First, read the entire recipe.
- Get out 1 bowl for dry and one for wet (after mixing together, clean the bowls so you can reuse them for each part of the recipe)
- Get out all the ingredients before starting.
- Now, measure all your dry ingredients one by one and ut them in the bowl *unless the recipe states otherwise*
- Now mix all your wet one by one,( take your time) and put them in another bowl *unless the recipe states otherwise*
To make clean up easier, put ingredients back after using.

- Listen to calming music - classical, meditations, binaural beats - while making food in the kitchen.
- Shop online

- "When you go to the refrigerator, get several items at one time instead of making several trips. Also line up foods when slicing so you can slice several with each stroke.
- Move your timesaving appliances to a handy place, and learn to use them to the fullest advantage.
- Double up on your tasks to save time later on. When shredding cheese, make some extra to freeze for another time. Make two casseroles or dessert recipes as long as all the ingredients are out, and put the second one in the freezer for a quick meal later in the month.
- Dovetail your jobs when cooking a meal. Overlap recipe steps so you are not waiting for one thing to finish before you begin another.

- 8 Cooking Tips to Reduce Time Spent in the Kitchen - 1. Cook Base Ingredients in Bulk [I cook the entire bag of lentils, rice and pastas and bam! There is like 3 meals right there, both together with different spices or separate] 2. Consolidate Trips to the Fridge 3. Transfer Cooked Recipes Directly Into Storage Containers. [If you know you'll eat more, put more in each container. Don't fool yourself because if you only put a little in each container because you are trying to lose weight you will probably end up being hungry and want more and because the rest is still frozen you will end up ordering out] 4. Clean as You Go. 5. Buy a Food Chopper. 6. Use Non-Stick Spray [not PAM as that is unhealthy. ew] 7. Cook One-Pot Meals 8. Use Frozen Vegetables.A gentle reminder to cook meals in bulk, to gather all ingredients in one trip to the refrigerator, or to clean as you go could be all you need to save 20 minutes or more each nigh
