EATING HEAVILY PROCESSED "FOOD-LIKE" PRODUCTS ARE THE CAUSE TO HEALTH ISSUES, NOT OBESITY.
Because people claim health problems on weight... not the poison in our food.Numerous food companies put harmful chemicals in our "food-like" products and THOSE harmful chemicals create disease, obesity is not the cause of disease. With all due respect, it is common that obese people eat more of those products putting more poison into their body and THAT causes disease. Which is why many disease are labeled as "obesity related disease." Chub is not the cause of disease.Make your own doughnuts using coconut sugar, not refined sugar, use unrefined oils,unbleached flours,etc. You do not have to eat less, or eat less calories just stay the heck away from poison and stop eating harmful chemicals (I am not talking about all chemicals as everything has chemicals in it, I am talking about harmful chemicals). Some people eat more heavily processed foods that have harmful chemicals in them. They eat more than others and it builds up faster because they eat more than some other people do. Do not be fooled though, it may take longer to develop diabetes and heart disease because a person eats less than someone else (therefore eating less harmful chemicals and additives) but eventually it will harm them (and it will not be long) The poison will affect the body at some point. Poison can be instant or gradually build up. By instant I mean... people who eat more may develop diabetes, heart disease,etc. faster while people who eat less will not develop those diseases as soon but will eventually feel the effects.

By eating the doughnut with wholesome ingredients (coconut sugar, unbleached flour,coconut oil instead of butter) you are giving your body the nutrients it needs to provide you body with that energy you crave and the power to fight off diseases. Plus, we all know diet culture,diets and not eating what you want /restricting eating habits does not work.

So, instead of going to Dunkin Donuts, make it at home with wholesome ingredients that will nourish your body with goodness and make you feel better. Eat healthy, you don't have to eat less. There are numerous negative psychological effects and negative effects on the body when you deny yourself food that you want to eat. Just eat it, but make it healthy of course!!! And putting less POISON into your body is sure enough to make you feel better! That is why eating the SAME thing just making it with wholesome ingredients is sure to help you enjoy the foods you love WHILE providing your body with healthy foods and help you feel much better no matter what size you are.

Like Marilyn Wann write in her book, Fat!So? Make sure you get your fruits and veggies by using the Chop n Wash method. make sure you eat your veggies, fruits, grains, etc also.

If you use fruit syrups, try to use a cup of fruits or 3 servings that equal a cup and eat it throughout the day. No one is perfect, but try to get in as many fruits,veggies some nuts, some grains,and some seeds as you can during the day. Mostly fruits and veggies though. Make 1 serving of something that has at least 2-3 fruits and something that has at least 2-3 servings of veggies and eat throughout the day.

- Frosting - using strawberries,blueberries, etc in the frosting recipe. Or, blend into paste instead of juice and use as frosting instead of using extracts. (use vanilla bean instead of vanilla extract.
- Put tons of veggies in tacos, on burgers, wrap sandwiches,
- Put on side of plate - eat as is.
- Put seeds in wraps, smoothies,a small amount on your burger, etc. Seeds are a bit easy to get into your body.
- Use as food coloring (beets, carrots, spinach,etc)
- Make or buy organic chips (kale, potato, sweet potato/yams,organic corn,tortilla chips,quinoa chips -omg so good), chickpea chips,etc.
- Make whole grain pasta - spelt noodles are amazing, rice noodles, etc. You can even make your own
- Use organic whole grain (doesn’t need to be wheat) breads / tortillas for sandwiches,etc.
- Make cashew cheese - you can make nacho cheese, sour cream,even parmesan etc. from cashews
- Use walnuts, pine nuts, etc in stuff. Place on cake, salads,soups, cupcakes,especially on or in chocolate stuff, etc.
- Use guacamole for dip, use other creative recipes for dips to use when eating chips. (make one serving , use like, one avocado and eat all of it.)
- Put beans in tacos, burritos, bean burgers,
- Use oats in stuff - cookies, cakes, etc.
- Put veggies in salads - taco salad, “chicken” salad, etc. It doesn’t need to be just veggies. Add some nuts as well.
